Booking Process


  • How to book?

    You can start your AdZenture journey in a variety of ways:



    Book at least 24 hours in advance.


    If you want an appointment within 24 hours, please contact us.

  • How flexible are we with availability?

    We at AdZenture try to offer early mornings and late nights. As we have to take into consideration peoples work schedules and families. 



    If you are in need of a late massage please enquire. Zen should be experienced at any point in the day no exceptions.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

  • It's my first time booking

    If booking for the first time, clients will need to fill in a pre - screening form. 

  • Can I pick my masseuse?

    Both female & male masseuses are now available.


    Please confirm upon booking if you have a preference.


Payments, Deposits, Discounts (Individual Clients)


  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    £10 non-refundable deposit to be paid when booking.

  • Do you offer discounts?

Cancellations& Rescheduling


  • I need to cancel my appointment

    Appointments must be cancelled with 48 hours notice in advance.

    If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours then the non-refundable deposit becomes £20 (£10 originally).

  • I need to reschedule my appointment

    Please inform us if you need to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.



    It's free to reschedule.


Service Details & Preparation


  • What oils do you use?

    At AdZenture we aim to cater to everyone whether that is you have a preference or an allergy.


    We currently offer 5 massage oils :


    • Sweet Almond (Most Popular)
    • Sesame
    • Mustard
    • Coconut
    • Olive

    If you have a preference please let us know when making your booking. So we can be sure to cater to your needs.

  • What preparation is required for a mobile massage?

    You'll be pleased to know not alot! If you opt for our mobile service then please make sure you have space for a massage table. 

  • What clothing can I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothes to your appointments

  • Is there any aftercare advice?

    Drink lots of water within 24-48 hours.


    Avoid electrical or heat treatment for 12-24 hours.


    Avoid heavy mental stimulation where possible (do not schedule a massage before work).


    Avoid alcohol and spicy food or the rest of the day.


    Do not have any other detox treatment for at least 24 hours.


    Try to avoid direct sunlight and sunbeds 24 hours as dermal irritation may occur due to sunlight.



    If unlikely irritation does occur, wash the area

    immediately with warm water.

    We can accommodate small teams to large corporate events. Let us know your group size, and we’ll arrange the appropriate number of therapists.

  • Can we customize the services offered?

    Absolutely! We offer chair massages, table massages, yoga, meditation, tea blending workshops and more. You can mix and match services to create a personalised wellness experience.

  • How much does a corporate wellness day cost?

    Pricing varies based on the number of participants, duration, and services selected. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

  • Do you offer discounts for large groups or recurring bookings?

    Yes! We provide discounts for larger groups and ongoing wellness programs. Contact us for special rates.
